We’re flexible in order to accommodate our clients’ specific requirements.

Generally, we’ll agree a programme made up of the following elements:

  • Understanding the current state of play (e.g. stalled, incomplete or failed project, or scoping alternative solutions)
  • Discussions of experiences and needs
  • Systems audits and reports
  • Experience in a real life MSP environment
  • Presentation and review of findings
  • Recommendations for moving forward

This can be a single activity or built around continuous improvement.

Our approach is inclusive, and the agenda can be shaped to help any, or all, members of your project team, from business owner to Service Desk supervisor.
