Last week Air MSP hosted our first COESD – Centre of Excellence for Service Delivery with 15 UK & Ireland MSPs making the 2 day event held at Nottingham a wonderful success.
The event is endorsed by the Service desk Institute and our programme is unique in every way.
The syllabus is based on the SDI open source methodology and covers 9 categories – Leadership, Policy & Strategy, People Management, Resources, Process and procedures, Managing employee Satisfaction, Managing the customer experience, Management Information and performance results.
The 2 day residential event was packed with interesting content and the feed back has been off the scale. We covered a whole host of topics that are relevant in helping MSP build their own Service Desk offering and companies in attendance ranged from 1 million to 27 million in T/O all in different stages of maturity.
We already have a waiting list for the next event and our members are itching to get more quality content from a vendor free event. It was great to see so many forward thinking MSPs that just get it and we cant wait for the 12 month programme to begin – this was just a taster!
Air MSP will be working closely with the SDI to deliver our COESD programme which runs over a 12 month period with monthly webinars and quarterly residential events topped with great food, drinks and like minded people that are keen to share their experiences with each other.
